Pros

I spent 6 years at Aerowave and have not regretted a moment. Not every small business makes you feel like family, but I can tell you that Aerowave does. From the start till the end, I had the support I needed to be successful! The training is ongoing and anytime you need help they are there for you. They will answer your questions but keep in mind they will not answer the same question over and over. They will in return challenge you to find the answer which helps you grow and learn and to be self-reliant which is key in sales! Aerowave's employees are a fast paced, goal orientated group of individuals that are hungry to succeed and they have a track record of doing so. My coworkers were willing to help each other out even if it meant they had to take a few moments from what they were working on which is hard to find in most workplaces. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a promising career and especially if they are looking for a company that will show them they care!

Cons

Fast paced, organizational skills are a must!

Pros

Fulfilling career where tenure and dedication are rewarded and do not go unnoticed. Many learning opportunities with something new to learn everyday. Great opportunities for advancement if you work hard and are dedicated. Team oriented, especially on big projects everyone works together to get the job done. Cross training allows for employees to learn all aspects of the business. Great work-life balance. Provided me with flexible hours to complete my degree. Innovative ideas are welcomed and implemented. Perfect for those looking to work for a growing and stable company.

Cons

Fast pace Time management skills are a must if you want to excel.
