Pros

You learn a lot quickly, but you are also learning all the time. Even now a year later I am still learning all the time. Flexible with time off, either planned or last minute situations. Friendly employees- perks of being a small business.

Cons

Being a small business tension runs high, sometimes heated, and can make you feel overwhelmed, but its all for the teachable moments.
