Pros

Work from home is the only positive to this job

Cons

Where to start? This place is every call center horror story wrapped up into one. Why they can’t keep people is obvious to everyone but management who simply don’t care to listen or change.

Pros

Work from home is the only good thing about this company.

Cons

You will be written up for failure to take breaks at proper times but due to calls sometimes you can't. If you ask your team leads or supervisors questions that a customer has they give generic replies almost like your talking to an automated system but then you will get in trouble for not de-escalating the call.

Pros

Great benefits. Workload is doable and not overwhelming

Cons

Micromanaging is the goal of supervisors. Supervisor not across the board with staff. Some get more workload than others. Staff work is added to your daily routine when they have system issues.
