Pros

job security. they fire no one.

Cons

they treat the lowest paid employees like peons. they dump more work on you during the busyest time of the year. most regions are all for the work at home yet our management for our region is dead set againsted it. He admitts that he is old school when it comes to w.a.h. With the price of gas he should embrace it, especially for us lower paid employee's that are limited to how much of an salary increase we get.
