-16 days PTO/sick time combined -WFH

Cons

-better pay elsewhere (44.50 usually for this role), I'll definitely keep looking for jobs. I was told $86,000 when I was working through my recruiter, then went through 3 interviews to be told a lower wage $75,000.. -better benefits elsewhere, previous employer had 18 days PTO to start, and better pay for experience -lots of HDHPs so healthcare coverage isn't the best either..

flexibility with your work as long as you stay within time limits. Autonomy in your work.

Cons

Large caseloads with constant changes in the metrics that need to be met. High expectations to be perfect in all documentation with little recognition. Members with heavy needs can lead to a stressful work environment. It is difficult to take time off of work and use your available PTO due to the fact that the work never stops and your members have continuous requests and needs while you are away. We do have a designated co-worker for coverage, but they also have their own large caseloads and it can be difficult to manage. Large amounts of time spent taking members to case rounds to discuss their issues with very little actual helpful content to come from the meetings.
