      Pros

      If you like challenges to learn or get better, Aevi has some really good opportunities to learn, test or extend your skills, and the best part as a developer if you have some ideas and you can show that it’s brings value, there is a big chance that will be you next task.

      Cons

      Information and explanations can be hard to find or get, and not all information is correct witch make thing harder and take more time.

      Review after Celebrating One Year at AEVI

      Pros

      In a nutshell, I simply enjoy working in AEVI because I simply feel valued here and I actually love my job, or the majority of it. I have a good track record here, good confidence in leadership and I feel I have already made some personal progress in terms of confidence in my role. I look forward to continuing my work in AEVI in all honesty.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement, but right now, I really can't think of a con that I'd feel the need to mention here.

      Pros

      Since joining AEVI, my experience in the company has been absolutely fantastic. Everybody is super helpful and the company culture is the best I have personally witnessed, in my 11-12 year career. It feels like being part of a big family. AEVI is also a great place for career progression and learning multiple new skills. I feel proud to call myself an AEVI'ator.

      Cons

      Hand on heart, there are no 'Cons' I can think of.
