      - Flexibility - Lots of opportunities to shape your own, teams or overall company direction - Relaxed atmosphere - Although the company is professionalizing, the family spirit is still there

      - Chaotic management, communication or not enough structured approach at times

      Thanks you very much for taking the time to write your review. I agree, whilst we’re growing we’ve managed to retain our entrepreneurial spirit and it’s all about the AEVI family. With growth sometimes comes a lack of clarity, but this is something our ELT is working hard to address, and we agree, quality is king and we believe our new structure reflects the importance we place on this.

      - healthy and friendly environment - strong work-life balance - environment where everybody helps each other - open-minded culture - management listens to new ideas

      Cons

      - it is sometimes hard to leave your desk for a coffee as you want always help your colleagues :)

      Pros

      Exciting and fast-moving environment to work in. Lots of opportunities for growth and expansion. Friendly, supportive and highly knowledgeable team to work with.

      Cons

      It is a highly technically complex infrastructure. You don't always get the time you need to investigate technical issues. This results in having to work under pressure.

      We are exciting and fast moving and have a brilliant team indeed! We know that time is something that is not as readily available as we would like it to be – so we are hiring, and with more hands on deck there will be more breathing space. We are also working hard on our communications between our teams, because we recognise this is critical to our success – and we believe great improvements are being made here, starting with our Product and Sales conference in Q4 2021.
