      Pros

      AEVI is a company that gives opportunities, makes sure you have a voice (values people) and supports talents. The company and management communicates with the staff very open and transparently. In the past approx. 3-4 years the organization itself has internally undergone a significant maturity and professionalism growth. But maturity and professionalism is also highly expected from people. And once there are positive company and personal results, then also motivating rewards can be recognized. In AEVI are great people to work with and very positive working atmosphere or environment. It is definitely a challenging place for career growth and for recognized work.

      Thanks for your feedback – and I agree – we have a great culture! The speed of our decision making has definitely improved, and we are ensuring the right people hear about the right decisions. Product is a major focus for us in 2021; we are investing heavily in this team and we have just hired a new SVP Product Management. We believe our product push will show great results for us in 2021.
