      I am sorry to read your experience has not been good. Even though we work hard to get it 100% right, it doesn't always work out. Our fast changing environment from a start-up to a scale-up can sometimes lead to some confusion in communication but I can assure you we're getting on top of it!

      Pros

      Since joining AEVI, my experience in the company has been absolutely fantastic. Everybody is super helpful and the company culture is the best I have personally witnessed, in my 11-12 year career. It feels like being part of a big family. AEVI is also a great place for career progression and learning multiple new skills. I feel proud to call myself an AEVI'ator.

      Hand on heart, there are no 'Cons' I can think of.
