Pros

Great Perks: free lunch, gym, groceries for WFH employees salaries are higher than whats on the market currently culture is amazing even though we're remote CEOs are very involved in weekly meetings and passionate about the company For sales: We have only just started in new verticals so there is an open field waiting to be captured. Very excited to be at this stage of growth in the company.

Cons

Can't think of any at all so far. CEOs and management have cultivated an environment that you really want to work at.

Pros

My first week at Affinity, everyone was so nice, so eager to help, so collaborative, I asked another colleague "so what's the catch?". Their response was "Nothing. This is just how it is here." And that has continued to be true over a year later. One of Affinity's core values is to "Care Personally" and I've seen that to be true time and time again. Leadership is thoughtful about the culture they've created and, even in times of intense growth, it is in the DNA of the company. The product is moving in the right direction and we have a lot of opportunity to go after. Highly recommend if you're looking to join a fast growing, values-driven company!

Cons

As others here have said, start-ups come with their growing pains as we navigate the right path forward.

Pros

The core values are more than just lip service here, they are built into everyday life at Affinity. The leadership team is thoughtful in its approach to change and always seems to have the employees' best interests at heart. In addition to all the perks (wellness benefits, education and meal stipends, etc.) there is a focus on career development. The technology itself is really cool, and the vision of the founders is exciting. It really feels like you're part of building something big. Finally, there is a culture of respect here that far surpasses anything I've seen in my career. It makes it easy to work with other teams and get things done.

Cons

Employees starting after Covid have missed out on some of the camaraderie that comes from being in an office together, but I don't think that's unique to Affinity. The team has grown really fast in the last year and the people team has responded by creating a fantastic weeklong onboarding that combines product, company, and industry training, as well as fun, get to know you events.
