Pros

It is pretty incredible to work in a company that actually follows its mission statement and adheres to the core company values. I have nothing but gratitude for my experience thus far. The entire company from executives down works as a team and is so approachable and humble, I have nothing but good things to say.

Cons

I don't have any cons to share currently.

Pros

I've been with Affinity for a year now, and I continue to be impressed every day by the talented, empathetic, kind, intelligent people that I get to work with. This is the first startup I've ever worked for that has core values written down that they held themselves accountable to. Every person I've interacted with has been so genuinely passionate and caring, willing to step in when they're asked to help—and even stepping up when they haven't been asked to—and wanting to see the team succeed. The organization has grown exponentially in my tenure, and even through the growth and growing pains it was a comfort to be able to reliably point toward consistent team and company goals.

Cons

A growing remote workforce sometimes feels distant and separate, but this is more a natural result of organizational growth than a con per se. Typical startup pains: changing systems, building and rebuilding processes, and operating under the assumption that the ideal state of growth is one of controlled chaos. Nothing will ever be "easy" in this environment, but the growth that has come from that has been worth the struggle.
