      Pros

      Affinity is a growing business with great people to collaborate with. There is no shortage of opportunities for people to grow their own skillsets and career here.

      Cons

      We have some growing pains as we scale the business. I don't see this as a con, but more as a learning opportunity for the next phase in Affinity's development.

      Exciting startup with plenty of growth opportunities

      Pros

      Over the 1 year that I have been at Affinity, here is what I've seen - Strong growth of our customer base - Team size doubling (added 5 experienced VPs to the Leadership team) - Great culture centered around Learning and Ownership - A needed shift towards to better processes and discipline Given the above, Affinity has provided me the opportunities and support to grow professionally and personally. Every day I know that I'm coming to an environment where my coworkers are smart, hardworking, and invested in the success of each other and the company. If your goal is to optimize for learning and working with a strong, Affinity is the place to be.

      Cons

      The CRM space is heating up/getting crowded so Affinity needs to make sure we stand out in our current and future markets. Affinity is a start-up so there's plenty of opportunities to wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities but the work-life balance may suffer. Teams need to work on being more consistent and process-oriented.
