Pros
I'm fairly new, but I've worked in startups for a long time and I'm so very glad I joined! We truly live by our core values and in my first weeks, I had coworkers going out of their way to help me. People are collaborative and so interested in what each other is doing. I love hearing my coworkers laugh (a lot), discuss, debate, and teach. There's so much great energy that it really does rub off on you.
Our product is distinctive, so I think it's such a promising company to join. I also personally love our location - Chinatown/Jackson Square. Off the beaten path a bit, but so many great food and socializing options nearby that are truly local.
Cons
We're growing fast, so likely we'll have to move. As fun as new offices can be, moving is disruptive. Looking forward to finding a space we can grow in the long-term!
