      Pros

      - Everyone in the engineering is super smart so it feels like no challenge is impossible - Co-workers are very easy to talk to and great at giving/receiving feedback - Retreats and monthly activities are great ways to have fun and enjoy time with the team outside of work - Design/Engineering culture is excellent - Tough engineering problems

      - Team has grown really fast so we've had to move a few times

      Pros

      the product is selling like hotcakes especially in the financial services realm. It looks very promising to continue growth in other markets since all the teams sales, marketing, product work pretty closely together and it's a relatively flat organization which fosters collaboration

      Cons

      nothing so far but the following year will be telling as we build out sales, marketing, customer success since before we only hired for engineering which is probably why the product is so solid

      Affinity is a quickly growing organization that is well-funded and full of bright, optimistic people. -Collaborative environment -Intelligent team -General friendliness and support from all employees -Leadership is receptive to feedback -Frequent collaboration across all teams -Openness from leadership about goals, progress and problems -Hiring very quickly so there is plenty of room for growth

      Cons

      -Because the team is growing very quickly we tend to outgrow our spaces pretty quickly as well -Gender ratio is a bit imbalanced [as tends to happen in an engineering-heavy org].
