      Pros

      Affinity is a growing business with great people to collaborate with. There is no shortage of opportunities for people to grow their own skillsets and career here.

      Cons

      We have some growing pains as we scale the business. I don't see this as a con, but more as a learning opportunity for the next phase in Affinity's development.

      Pros

      Company is growing rapidly but the leadership does an absolutely fantastic job in ensuring that each and every employee does not lose sight of the core values/mission of the company. Truly disruptive product that customers purchase generally through word-of-mouth so we have def. proven our value/success in the industry.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be better. Just like any other startup with lofty goals, company has set some aggressive goals/targets and that places a lot of pressure on employees.
