I joined Affinity because the smartest people I knew from really different parts of my life all surprisingly ended up in this one small team. Everyone is driven, ambitious, and hungry to push the company forward, and that drive is what makes me excited to get into the office every day. I feel like my work at Affinity can actually push me to my limits, and I don't think I've grown more as a person or an engineer at any other point in my life. I'm really looking forward to the challenges and successes to come.

Compensation is competitive and structured fairly, with clear OTE targets and realistic quotas that reward strong performance. When the team overachieves -- and this team does -- it's recognized and rewarded.
