      Commission based. Lots of cold calling. Some people spend months to a year there without making a single sale.

      Pros

      You can work as hard as you want or as little as you want, and the money you make will be a direct reflection of that effort. Essentially, you won't be sitting bored out of your mind in a cubicle with nothing to do, because if you're doing nothing, you're not making money.

      Cons

      Sometimes the guidance and structure of the actual trainings you'll need before being a formal agent are a bit off, either through timing or lack of detail.
