Pros
I actually had there coverage when I worked for an organization, and I had other co-workers who had the coverage also and they all nothing but good things to say the plans all worked to there benefit.
Cons
I was hired by this company and I only lasted 6 days on the job, I had 3 days of classroom orientation, & 3 days of field orientation with a District Sales Coordinator. There was no pay for sitting in class for 8 hours while they feed you the way of The"Duck". I was told that we got paid during the training period well I only got paid when I got out into the field with the DSC and I received a portion of his commission from the business he conducted. Not at all what I expected a total disappointment.
