No pros whatsoever apart from easy exit procedure.
Cons
1. They are not physically present in India hence their payroll is managed by a vendor, Crystal Televentures 2. Not sure about the other countries but in India, they don't treat people as employees, they treat them as cheap labor. 3. The upper level management in India is absolute crap. They hire managers with no leadership skills and then make others the scapegoats. 4. They don't believe in the contributing to employees' growth and development. The employees are mere slaves for them. 5. They organize a lengthy, tiring and a very meticulous hiring process and still end up hiring the resources so incompetent ( according to them) that they become so desperate to fire them. 6. Their employee retention record is so poor. 7. They don't trust their employees. Therefore they micro manage so much so that they'll monitor your coffee/pee breaks also. 8. They don't believe in talking about ideas. Rather they believe in gossipping about who is dating whom and who is talking to whom. Overall it is the most toxic company you can ever choose to work in. Never ever join AfterShip, especially, in India.
