Disastrous India Operations, Not What You’d Expect From a Reputable Company
Pros
While not exceptional, the compensation package is competitive, and benefits are reasonable in the global offices.
Cons
While the company's global offices seem to operate smoothly, the India operations are an absolute nightmare. It’s clear that the local management structure here is entirely disconnected from the CEO and corporate leadership, and the results are disastrous. The India team is controlled by an individual who, frankly, should not be in charge of anything. This person has no regard for employee well-being, professional growth, or basic operational efficiency. Decision-making is erratic, communication is virtually non-existent, and there’s a culture of fear and mistrust that permeates the workplace. The sheer level of incompetence is staggering. To say the company’s India operations are a mess would be an understatement. It’s like they’re stuck in the Stone Age, completely out of sync with the rest of the organization. The lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior, and toxic environment created by the local leadership make it a place that no talented individual should ever want to work at. I’ve been in companies with bad management, but this is on a whole different level. If you are based in India, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—working here will drain your motivation and leave you wondering why you ever considered this job in the first place. The rest of the global offices are decent, but the India office is an absolute disaster zone.
