Pros

- Nice & friendly working environment - Company is not afraid of making changes, fail fast, learn fast, and so succeed fast - Understand importance of agility to make MVP with excellent balancing of technical quality - All co-workers are super awesome because of high requirement of interview processes from different perspectives - Trending to be bottom-up company structure so that co-workers can have more chances to achieve goals and the company can grow faster - Feasible working hours, unlimited work from home, sick leave without medical certificate, show trust from the company

Cons

- Career path & Promotion system can be improved - Hard to hire new joiners because of strict requirements

Pros

1. Profitable product. 2. New technical stack (Node.js > 8, React + Redux, MongoDB, redis ...) 3. Good place for learning new skills. Seniors are glad to teach Juniors. 4. Running Scrum now, less micro management from the managers. Trust engineer to deliver their works. 5. Free snacks, coffee & beers, happy hour on Friday.

Cons

1. Some projects have very legacy, unreadable code, but you still need to maintain them. 2. Team structures are not balanced. Sometimes engineers need to pick up tasks that they may not familiar to. Like backend engineers will right a lot of front-end code, and vice versa. 3. Too few designers.

Pros

- Relaxed working environment where people get time to develop robust applications - Focus on improving the process so that the business can flourish together with the engineers - Flat structure where engineers get to work on things different areas and try new technologies - Values and tries best to accommodate opinions from everyone within the organisation - Increasing focus on engineering standards

Cons

- Although improving, there is still scope for welcoming new technologies and fostering individual growth through a healthy culture where engineers can learn from each other - The business process has not yet reached a point of stability so the company needs to find the best fit for itself - Some legacy projects that need to be maintained and improved from a technical standpoint
