Unrealistic expectations 24/7/365 1 hour dispatch times completely unreasonable and unethical leadership team.

Pros

I did like when we were able to go in and get a job done quickly and efficiently for the family. Often times, they're just happy to know the ugly part is taken care of.

Cons

The high turnover results in a less than cohesive working unit often times. Their upper management is unprofessional and located out of state. The case managers approval is needed for all estimates and they push you to gouge people who you have to stand in front of and present the numbers to.

Pros

Aftermath has flexible hours that is very accommodating. I enjoy working with my coworkers and assisting families.

Cons

Hours are long and can get exhausting. However the satisfaction of the work makes it worth while.
