Drive time, admin time and marketing time is a joke I can make more money taking surveys online

Pros

Interesting work, it’s a necessary service in the community

Cons

Poor response (if any) from senior leadership. HR and corporate are both hard to get answers from on vital issues. There seems to be a lack of proper financial planning at the senior leadership level. The company is very “cheap” and does not treat loyal employees like they care at all about their experience.
