Long hours, (allegedly) breaking the 80/20 law daily, policies against discussing pay in the workplace, favoritism, (alleged) disregard for employees safety in the event of biohazard and weather related dangers, constructive discharging, lack of respect for employees time, safety, needs both financial and mental, no in-restaurant hierarchy for the BOH,
