Pros

Easy to learn work from home job. Decent pay

Cons

Way too many programs to have to juggle. Most of the programs are buggy and the 911 program that we use to call for help for our customers fails more often than it works and it's been this way since before I started. Each department is like a Venus fly trap, you can get in but not get out. Most of the departments make it sound very nice on paper but they neglect to mention when they're understaffed it's back to back calls. We get no 911 operator training even though we deal with people that are experiencing a car crash so there might be injuries. I've seen people that's worked here for 7+ years get let go with no notice and for bogus reasons but then they get shocked when things go sideways. Being put in leadership roles is legitimately a popularity contest. It's who you know.

Pros

I really enjoyed helping people out of a bad situations. Such as accidents, being lost while traveling, and removing their vehicles from a storage yard to a body shop. I also enjoyed the training of new employees.

Cons

It was a very stressful working environment . I felt at times I was not given enough time to take care of the customers properly.

What a horror show.

Pros

Work from home. The expectations are incredibly low, if that is a pro for some. Showing up is really all that is necessary.

Cons

The atmosphere is stunningly feudal. If a person is a supervisor they assume themselves God-like and literally speak to someone who isn't a supervisor as if they have somehow burrowed their way into the fold. The incessant chat ding of "ACW @whoever" is painful - it doesn't end. The training is 4 weeks of exactly what you're expected to do for your production time. Be present. That's the end. If you want to fall asleep or just maybe take a road down masochism for a while, by all means, choose Agero. There is no dedication to employees nor is there any focus on customers. It is a triumph that this organization exists at all.
