Pros

Generally friendly team and great culture within line-level engineering teams.

Cons

Management culture is horrendous. Snarky comments when keeping work-hours/life balanced. Minimal access to HR and other resources within the parent company. Micromanagement is rampant. Feedback falls upon deaf ears. Favoritism bordering nepotism riddles the company.
