      I noticed a lot of reviews on here are from call center/customer service employees, and it hurt to see such a low rating because this company is the best company I've ever worked for. Phone-centered customer service jobs are not for everyone, so I'd take those reviews with a grain of salt. I technically work for a subsidiary of Agero's, but Agero is our parent company (and Agero distributes our paychecks). I regularly work with people at Agero's corporate office and have only excellent things to say about the company and the people working for it. They truly care about employee satisfaction; they offer amazing benefits and more than decent pay. They have yearly reviews with raises and they are great about moving people up in the company throughout their career. 10/10 would recommend.

      Cons

      The ONLY "issue" I have is that payables take a longer time to get paid than I usually like, so I end up submitting invoices for payment a week or two early to ameliorate that. And I can't even say that this is a complaint, because Agero has such a high volume of payables to process that it is impossible for them to process payments any faster than they already are.
