Pros

Decent pay, very good co-workers

Cons

Bad for your mental health. They expect you to work on everything as fast as humanly possible and if you can't meet metrics you just get put on endless warnings which take away your opportunity to use the PTO you accrued

Thank you for the feedback. We are proud of our months long training but we know we can always get better. We'd welcome your input to the overall dialogue around how we can get better - I would strongly encourage you to message your supervisor or a member of the HR team to set up a chat. We'd love to hear from you!
