Pros

The bonus structure. But it still isn't worth it, there are other companies in the area like Hopkinsville that treat you better.

Cons

no work life balance, management doesn't care about employees, departments don't get along, the blame game spreads like fire, extremely understaffed. I am not being dramatic, this is a terrible company. I wish I would have read this review before I started.
