      The overall pay was adequate for the job.

      Cons

      Being on phones wasn't bad but the constant nit picking and micromanagement was a drag. Top 50% in matrix and still get put through the ringer. Missed one 12 second phone call and it was the end of the world.

      The work environment at Agero is conducive to both professional growth and personal well-being. I've found the team to be consistently collaborative and supportive, and the company's values are reflected in its day-to-day operations.

      It's difficult to list cons, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Of course, every company faces challenges, but none have negatively impacted my experience.
