Pros

Remote work, night shifts were quiet depending on what department you worked in

Cons

Their FMLA is a joke. They have linear quality assurance standards for their agents who do a very subjective job, and will not budge on scoring and numbers despite knowing that their agents get assaulted on the phone.

Video interview was easy. Asked me what 2 words describe myself, describe a time I handled a difficult customer, If I wanted to work FT/PT.

Cons

The pressure to not be a second late to work or from break cuts into relaxation after handling back to back calls.
