Great benefits. Working from home. Floating holidays and vacation time

It is all about making their numbers. The faster you get the information right or wrong the happier they are. Starting, I for felt like I was doing great and that they cared. Next clsss came in and I did not matter. You will do great if you do not care about the person on the phone. Just move thru the screens and move on@!

At Agero, the most important customer to us is the one you are on the phone with - right now - who needs our help. Making sure that customer and all customers are supported and safely moved through their roadside event is our obsession which is why we provide a month of training and a network of resources to support our associates.
