Pros

Management communicates well with any changes

Cons

Pay rate is definitely a good amount lower than a lot of other places even after advancing in the company.

Pros

Agero has an excellent leadership team that continues to develop. I've been in numerous positions at Agero throughout the six years that I've worked here. All of my supervisors have been phenomenal except one and he's long gone! All of my supervisors have developed me in different ways, molded and groomed me into my current role. It's nice working with such amazing coworkers every day - definitely has made each role that I've been in easier to do and more fun. It's never boring at Agero, no matter the department that you're in. I've worked for Roadside and Consumer Affairs departments. Agero always has incentives and different things going on to keep up the morale - the leadership team really cares about their coworkers. There's vending machines in the break room and free coffee. Due to the pandemic, we are currently working from home. Agero leadership is playing it safe and continuing to monitor the situation because AGERO CARES! :)

Cons

Always wish the pay was better!

Pros

Work life balance is there. Each day is different. The clients that I worked with were spectator. I enjoyed my boss that I worked with. She took some of the night training and with me having younger kids I truly appreciate that.

Cons

After holding this position for a bit I interviewed to become a recruiter. Was interviewed, but told nothing else. When I first started told I was working between the hours of 8am to 9pm, which wasn't true. As a trainer you have to train based on the needs of the clients. I was also told I was up for the first bonus, never saw that. Insurance cost was high and coverage was lacking.
