Pros

Pay is 15.00 during training and 16.25 in production which is good compared to in person entry level jobs here plus I save on gas and wear since it's remote. Training is good. Benefits seem good. 401k matching 100% on the first 2% plus 50% on the next 4% After a year.

Cons

Any time you get up to stretch or go to the bathroom where you aren't available to take calls, you must take it out of your 15 minute break. If you take your 15 and then have to go do something real quick after, you communicate with your supervisor who then tells you how to handle your call status. If it becomes too frequent you'll be asked to talk to HR about possibly getting an accommodation due to a condition.

Lot of great people there. Compensation and employee benefits were good.

Cons

Roadside industry is challenging. Local tow trucks, the customer, and the clients (Auto insurance companies, OEMs), are all hard to please.
