Pros

The pros aboutbthis job was if you like sitting at a desk for 8 hours this was your job, you did roadside assistance.

Cons

The customers would talk incredibly bad to you and your management would not give proper mental health situations.

Using the latest in cloud/serverless solutions. A lot of resources to leverage to help get the work done.

Cons

Requirements aren't clearly defined and they change quickly. Relationships and responsibilities are still developing. Need more leaders.
