Pros

Nice environment. Some good supervisors.

Cons

Medical insurance ia too much. Some departments are very short staffed. A lother of stress, for not enough pay. Employees are asked to do the work of two or three people, in some departments. Some departments add additional duties, without being properly trained.

Pros

Its nice to finally work for a company that honestly seems to care about their employees. Another Pro would have to be the opportunity for advancement. Also, the incentives for working O.T. are AMAZING!!

Cons

The only Con I've found thus far is the Second shift I'm working right now. Although, I will have enough tenure soon to be considered for a premium shift bid, and will then be able to move to a dayshift position.

Pros

Fair starting salary, caring management, decent chance to move up in the company or at least to a different position.

Cons

It's a call center job, which can be highly stressful for some. The customers were either indifferent or ungrateful much of the time.
