      the pay is really good, with monthly bonus's if you are a great performer. the company provides fitness for you, company events, help if you need it, etc. decent hours also.

      Cons

      we are almost like guinea pigs here. first, we were roadside assistance working weekends. then they took away weekends and we were Monday-Friday. NOW, we ALL have to work Saturday's (8-430, HELLO. THE WHOLE DAY!) AND we are now cross training with accident management. it is RIDICULOUS. also, very cliquey and the OM favorites people.

      The people were very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      The culture of innovation was lacking. It may have improved since I left but quite often a glaring issue would be identified and not corrected. The company was often slow to move on new opportunities and afraid to take risks.
