Pros

A lot of budget money is utilized to provide the extras (food, etc) for the call center staff. With the exception of the call center staff, work/life balance was certainly attainable. Easy job to coast in....

Cons

High benefits costs for people with low salaries and small amounts of employees actually take the benefits because they can't afford them. It's a very process oriented culture which is frustrating for creative types - not much changes there. Management is heavily involved in the littlest of decisions. Very little focus on retaining employees and proactive planning.

Pros

The benefits are amazing, guaranteed 40 hours a week, plenty of overtime and incentives to average $30,000 a year. My site really cares about it's agents. They'll work with you and fight to keep you on as an agent as long as you do your job well and put in the effort. You have opportunities through the year to receive cash prizes, gift cards, special schedules. I have found that as long as you communicate with your management team they'll do their best to accommodate your needs. 4 months of training you become very knowledgeable and you're never on your own. The company works off of a points system 7 points vs a 3 strikes your out. I was ill for a week and was able to cluster the 7 points I would have had into 1. My advice to any employee is SAVE YOUR DR'S NOTES. This is of course a very goal and performance driven company but is it why we are one of the best and largest Agencies of our industry. You want to move up in the Company no problem. Plenty of opportunities for promotion, they PROMOTE from WITHIN before they search outside of the company for resources.
