Good opportunities of growth and promotions (sometimes). Quality bonus if you're a top performer.

Cons

Break times. Lunch times. Quite unnecessary stress levels.

Pros

Varied shifts available, decent salary, relaxed atmosphere, great on the job training, lots of breaks.

Cons

The job is great if you can do it. However, the job isn't for everybody. It can be stressful at times as the customers are often stranded by their vehicles and frightened in unfamiliar surroundings. Plus, you have to have each call completed with in about 4 minutes or less. That is not always easy, especially when the customers don't have any street signs or landmarks to go by.
