      Good health insurance, 3 weeks vacation the 1st year

      Cons

      unrealistic expectations, policies change without notice, inconsistencies, too much busy work for salaried team members and not enough time for coaching, pay scale isn't bad but not enough for the amount of time salaried team members work, too many meetings, even when you're not scheduled to work you're expected to be available, no respect from managers or associates, no consistent standard for much of anything, software doesn't work properly often, very high stress, lots of rumors, nothing is secret, culture is VERY micro manager

      Rewarding place to work if you get a good manager

      Pros

      Company is on the leading edge of automotive telematics technology with Toyota, BMW, Nissan and Honda as partners. The quality of management is all over the place. If your manager is competent and you like working hard, you will be enthusiastic about coming to work.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy for a company this size. If your manager has been promoted to their level of incompetence, you will be frustrated. The connected vehicle side of the business in TX can be treated as the poor relative by the roadside side of the business and company headquarters in MA.

      Pros

      Excellent growth prospects, both personally and as a company; great benefits; employees are treated very well; the chairman, Mr. Wolk, is very visible and friendly. No one here is treated like they are "inferior" to anyone; the pay is excellent at every level. I can't say enough good things about Agero -- it's been very, very good to me in my two years here. It's hard to find the kind of stability and opportunity that you get here in today's world. This company is run the right way and everyone from the top down goes out of their way to make sure morale is up.

      Cons

      Growth came to fast and many employees are overwhelmed; some departments are understaffed; problems with some software-driven processes. Very numbers-driven, but who isn't?
