Pros

Health insurance, 401k, wfh option, a few coworkers or supervisors who care and want to make sure you understand your job position and tasks

Cons

Favoritism, people in power who have never worked any of the positions they oversee, higher ups care about making more money/profit and give their service providers with pennies to the dollar contracts, lack of empathy which is something you need to do most if not all of the positions, hard to move up unless you enjoy doing other people's jobs for them that are over you or suck up to people

Pros

Pay is 15.00 during training and 16.25 in production which is good compared to in person entry level jobs here plus I save on gas and wear since it's remote. Training is good. Benefits seem good. 401k matching 100% on the first 2% plus 50% on the next 4% After a year.

Cons

Any time you get up to stretch or go to the bathroom where you aren't available to take calls, you must take it out of your 15 minute break. If you take your 15 and then have to go do something real quick after, you communicate with your supervisor who then tells you how to handle your call status. If it becomes too frequent you'll be asked to talk to HR about possibly getting an accommodation due to a condition.
