Great benefits They understand needing work life balance Rewards and gift cards for top performers Very easy job Management is super helpful

Must work one weekend day Always open even on Holidays Speaking with upset customer most of the time That's pretty much all the cons

Pros

There Is almost always overtime, and if they need more people to work due to high call volume they will give more money hourly , The work environment is excellent, they feed you and treat you very well.

Cons

the shifts are always late and you need to be here for a while to get a morning shift.
