I didn't get a chance to stick around long enough to reap any.

Cons

I was let go a week into training after my I-9 information was rejected because I didn't have an image of the back of my birth certificate. So, I contacted NC and ordered/paid for a brand new certificate and uploaded images, hoping to be considered for rehire. I didn't hear back from them for over a week after rushing me to correct the image issue. And then, I was basically brushed off. Unprofessional.

Plenty of overtime available at peak times of year

Cons

The higher ups never kept their word even with paper trail. Fire the good supervisors- that do everything to keep morale and seem to keep the one's that don't Pay does not fit the job- too low
