      Pros

      They hire anyone. It is remote.

      Cons

      The system issues are insane and at least half of my job is dealing with them. And then Agero says those issues do not exist. No one listens when you have issues. Customers wait hours and sometimes days for roadside assistance and then they are upset at you. It's a terribly run company. Do not waste your time or stress working here.
