Pros

Work from home is nice.

Cons

No raises in over 2ish years. I’m honestly still here because it’s work from home and I get to be home when my kid needs me.

As agents progress into new roles pay increases are a standard to ensure an agents responsibilities increase, so to does their pay. I would encourage you to speak with a member of the HR team about some of these other opportunities in the center.
