      Good Benefits overall. The company offers completive salaries as compared the market place. Work environment exposes individuals to interesting technologies and offers exposure to the global market place for printing technology.

      Cons

      Working conditions not contusive to overall physical health – i.e. chemical exposure. Dying technology, printing business going the way of the film business.

      A good company with excellent people. Full commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Opportunities exist for those who extend themselves. While a large organization, there is an ability to influence and accelerate change.

      Cons

      Ambition level varies with business segment. Burden of European labor laws.
