      Not a micromanage position. Corporate is very organized and systems are efficient and colleagues are very nice.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work environment, where management lets you work at your own pace. Many people here are very easy-going and good to work with. Compensation is above average usually.

      Cons

      The management looks toward new opportunities to make money and often leaves their old processes in the dust. Very few growth opportunities.

      It paid well and was a great start for me in the industry. I learned a lot of things to not do.

      Cons

      Poor management. Didn't receive guidance. Politics within the office prevented progress. No progress towards Sprint Goals. Load environment.
