Pros
A very good place for a person who wants to spend much more time praising the management and very little on real work. You can be careless, lazy and pron to mistakes, but as long as you show personal loyalty to the management no one will see it.
Cons
There is no appreciation for hard working person who cares for quality of his and others work. Employees are not valued for the quality of their work or for their professional abilities, but for chit chatting with every passerby from the office and showing deep, sincere loyalty to the management. And it is very disgusting to hear on every meeting how management and their favorites praise each others non existing personal qualities. In the meanwhile no one ever will appreciate your hard work. If you dedicated, goal oriented, hard working person who has a brain and eager to learn, it is certainly not your place.
