Pros
There was an opportunity to learn and progress in your job and some coworkers were super friendly.
Cons
As far as the company a family, this place barely functions as a team let alone a family. They keep bragging about how they say "thank you" at the end of the day, but you say thank you t someone who did a job for you, not with you as a team would. If we were really a team you'd say "good job today" or something to that effect. Not that I need to be pat on the back every day for doing my job, but "Thank you" just makes me feel like I'm even less a part of the team,
