Here is an excellent cross-discipinary research and development environment, featuring opportunities to work in teams with excellent mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software developers, applications chemists, and field product specialists. There are opportunities for reasonable work-life balance, including a flexible time off policy. Benefits include 401(k) employer match, stock purchase plan, family leave, semi-annual Agilent Results Bonus, opportunity for individual performance bonus.

unclear / disorganized processes for doing things, have to risk upsetting people to get anything done. middle-level management seems out of touch with both engineers and customers.
